We are looking for a DevOps / SRE Engineer with robust expertise in QE processes, observability, automation, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving the adoption of QA/QE tools, supporting automation initiatives, and building scalable observability solutions.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with Grafana and observability platforms, while also possessing the ability to evaluate when an existing tool is fit for purpose versus when a custom solution leveraging APIs, databases, or other data stores would provide greater flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Observability dashboards to provide actionable insights into system and application performance.
Work extensively with Grafana for monitoring, visualization, alerting, and dashboard development.
Evaluate observability requirements and determine whether Grafana or existing tools are sufficient or a custom solution should be developed.
Develop custom observability solutions by leveraging APIs, data stores, telemetry,



and other monitoring technologies where required.
Collaborate with SRE, DevOps, Engineering, and QE teams to improve system reliability, performance, and visibility.
Drive the adoption and standardization of QA/QE tools and automation frameworks.
Support automation initiatives across testing, monitoring, deployment, and operational processes.
Integrate monitoring and observability solutions with existing DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Develop meaningful dashboards, alerts, metrics, and reporting mechanisms to identify system/application issues proactively.
Analyze monitoring data and provide actionable insights for troubleshooting and performance optimization.
Continuously evaluate emerging tools and technologies, particularly those supporting AI-driven observability and automation.
