Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse with ICU / Neuro ICU experience to work in a Rehabilitation Centre. The role involves providing critical and ongoing nursing care to patients recovering from neurological conditions, trauma, and long-term illnesses, supporting their rehabilitation and recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to patients admitted in ICU/Neuro ICU within the rehabilitation setup.
Monitor vital signs, neurological status, and overall patient condition.
Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
Assist doctors and therapists during medical procedures and rehabilitation interventions.
Handle and monitor ICU equipment such as ventilators, monitors, and infusion pumps.
Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
Ensure infection control,
safety, and hygiene protocols are strictly followed.
Educate patients and caregivers about ongoing care and rehabilitation needs.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, physiotherapists, and therapists.
Respond efficiently to emergencies and critical situations.
Required Skills & Competencies
Experience in ICU or Neuro ICU nursing
Knowledge of rehabilitation-focused patient care
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary workplace
Solid observation, documentation, and communication skills
Empathetic, patient-centered approach
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
