Key Responsibilities
Develop creative visual concepts by analyzing market trends, customer insights, industry developments, and competitive dynamics.
Create high-quality visual content for digital, social media, print, advertising, and marketing campaigns in line with brand guidelines and business goals.
Lead the design process from concept development to final execution, ensuring creativity, accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
Develop and maintain brand identity across all communication and marketing channels.
Act as the team lead / reporting officer for Junior Visualizers & ensure proper guidance & coordination in quality work completion and motivation.
Translate creative ideas, marketing objectives, and business requirements into actionable projects and impactful campaigns.
Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple creative and design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, sales, and management teams to deliver effective visual and branding solutions.
Review, approve,



and maintain consistency across all visual materials, ensuring adherence to brand standards and company guidelines.
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve creativity, innovation, and design quality.
Adapt and strengthen existing brand strategies to align with changing market conditions and business requirements.
Develop project plans, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets.
Manage and supervise the performance, productivity, and daily activities of the creative department.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to designers and creative team members to enhance performance and qualified growth.
