Role: Sourcing / Procurement Engineer
Experience: 4–6 Years
Responsible for sourcing and procurement of plastic components for automotive applications.
Handle Interior, Exterior, IP (Instrument Panel), trims and plastic parts sourcing.
Identify and develop current suppliers and manage existing supplier relationships.
Conduct RFQ, cost negotiation, should-cost analysis and benchmarking.
Coordinate with suppliers for quality, cost, delivery and development timelines.
Support recent product development, tooling and localization activities.
Valuable knowledge of plastic materials, injection molding and automotive components preferred.
