Job Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day procurement activities, vendor coordination, purchase orders, material follow-up, and timely availability of materials for engineering, production, automation, service, IT, and administration.

Key Responsibilities
Process indents for electrical consumables, electrical panels, instruments, job work, and subcontracting.
Handle purchase requirements for housekeeping, stationery, and IT.
Generate and coordinate recent vendors and maintain vendor relationships.
Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and prepare Purchase Orders.
Prepare POs for imported items and coordinate required documentation.
Follow up with vendors for delivery, shortages, rejections, invoices, taxes, and pending documents.
Review pending indents and Purchase Orders on a daily basis.




Track overdue materials and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with Accounts for advance payments, payment advice, and reconciliation.
Coordinate with Stores for material movement through Gate Pass/Excise Challan and related documentation.
Maintain purchase records and provide procurement status updates to management.

Required Skills
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of purchase/procurement processes.
Solid follow-up and coordination abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Manufacturing/engineering industry experience preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
