Role & responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of all hotel departments.
Lead and supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and HR teams.
Set operational targets and ensure the hotel achieves its revenue and profitability goals.
Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, departmental revenues, and operating costs.
Maintain high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
Handle VIP guests, complaints, and major operational issues.
Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
Monitor expenses and control operational costs.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and applicable laws.
Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate department heads and employees.
Coordinate with owners, corporate management, vendors, and business partners.
Develop sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
Review financial and operational reports and take corrective action when required.
Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, security, and overall presentation of the property.
Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with department heads.
