The BDA role involves engaging with students through calls, counselling, follow-ups, and demos to understand their career goals and guide them towards the right learning path. The role combines student engagement, career counselling, demo speaking, consultative conversations, and driving admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Student Engagement & Counselling
Connect with prospective students, understand their career goals, academic background, concerns, and expectations.
Explain NxtWaves Intensive program, curriculum, learning experience, and career opportunities.
Build solid relationships with students and parents and address queries related to fees, outcomes, placements, and program suitability.

Demo Speaker – Added Responsibilities
Conduct engaging virtual mass demos for large groups of students and create awareness about technology careers and NxtWave Intensive.
Use robust presentation, storytelling, and audience-engagement skills to capture student interest and generate qualified prospects.




Conduct 1-on-1 career counselling for students visiting the Intensive Offline Training centre and guide them towards the right learning path.
Handle student/parent concerns and support high-intent students through the admission journey.

Lead Management & Admissions
Follow up with centre visitors, and assigned leads through calls and meaningful conversations.
Maintain accurate lead, counselling, and follow-up information in the CRM.
Work closely with the team to ensure effective lead handovers and drive admissions and enrolments.
Take ownership of assigned leads and contribute to overall admission targets.

What We’re Looking For
Strong verbal communication, presentation, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
Confident in speaking with students individually as well as addressing large groups.
Empathetic, persuasive, and comfortable handling questions and objections.
