Role Overview:
The Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support of aesthetic medical devices. The role demands robust technical expertise, customer-centric approach, and the ability to ensure seamless functioning of high-end aesthetic equipment at client locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Service & Complaint Handling
Attend and resolve registered service complaints promptly and professionally.
Diagnose technical faults, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective measures.
Ensure minimal equipment downtime and maintain service turnaround time (TAT) as per company standards.
Preventive Maintenance & Calibration
Conduct periodic preventive maintenance of aesthetic devices as per defined schedules.
Perform calibration and performance checks to ensure device accuracy, safety, and compliance.
Maintain equipment performance logs and service history records.
Installation & Commissioning
Install and commission newly delivered aesthetic medical devices at customer locations.
Ensure proper setup, configuration, and operational readiness of equipment.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handover post-installation.
Demonstration & Application Support
Provide device demonstrations to prospective and existing clients when required.
