Ensure production quality, timelines, and safety standards are maintained.
Supervise fabrication of signage, POSM, retail fixtures, and illuminated units.
Monitor material usage and help minimize wastage and rework.
Maintain production reports and update job status regularly.
Coordinate with Design, Planning, Purchase, and Installation teams.
