Responsibility:
Support complete product development activities from concept design to production release.
Ensure designs meet customer requirements, performance targets, quality standards, and manufacturing feasibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CAE, testing, manufacturing, and program management.
Conduct design reviews, tolerance stack-up analysis, and engineering change management.
Work closely with OEMs and Tier-1 customers for technical discussions and design validations.
Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, DFMEA, DVP&R;, and design release packages.
Support prototype development, testing activities, and issue resolution during product launches.

Key Skills Required:
Robust experience in Seat Structure and complete Seat Design
Hands-on experience with Seat Mechanisms (Recliners, Sliders, Adjusters)
Proficiency in CATIA V5 (Part Design, Assembly, Drafting)
Knowledge of Sheet Metal, Weldments, and Manufacturing Processes
Experience in Automotive Seating Systems for OEM/Tier-1 projects
Understanding of Product Development Lifecycle and Engineering Change Processes
