Key Responsibilities
Prior experience in BPO Sales Training is mandatory Conduct training programs for recent joiners and existing employees in BPO Sales processes.
Deliver product, process, sales, and soft-skills training.
Develop and deliver engaging training modules, presentations, and assessments.
Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Conduct role plays, mock calls, knowledge checks, and assessments.
Identify training gaps and implement appropriate action plans.
Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams to ensure training effectiveness.
Track training performance, attendance, nesting performance, and certification results.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly training reports.
