Skill Set Requirement:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Proficiency in ERP software.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
Valuable data entry and data management skills.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Logistics & Transportation:
Coordinate day-to-day shipping and logistics activities.
Track daily deliveries and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Coordinate with and manage transport partners.

Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Identify and prevent potential stock shortages.

ERP & Order Management:
Maintain and update operational data in ERP systems.
Process customer and internal orders accurately.
Generate and maintain relevant operational reports.

Invoicing & Billing:
Prepare and process customer invoices.
Verify payment records and ensure billing accuracy.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issue
