Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Solar Sales Telecaller to join our Sales & Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, generating leads, explaining solar solutions, following up with prospects and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads for solar products and solutions.
Explain Solar Rooftop, On-Grid, Off-Grid and Hybrid Solar Systems to customers.
Understand customer requirements such as electricity consumption, available rooftop area and solar requirement.
Handle incoming enquiries and convert them into qualified leads.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.




Share basic information regarding solar systems, pricing, perks, savings and installation process.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers until conversion.
Coordinate with the sales and technical team for site visits, quotations and proposals.
Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
Maintain positive customer relationships and provide timely responses to customer queries.

Candidate Profile
0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, Field Sales or Solar Sales.
Freshers with positive communication and sales skills can also apply.
Basic understanding or interest in Solar Energy / Renewable Energy will be preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Good convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
