Responsibilities
Lead and manage branch operations across assigned distribution network to achieve business targets and service excellence standards
Oversee team performance, conduct regular coaching and development sessions to enhance capabilities and career progression
Drive customer acquisition, retention and cross-selling initiatives to grow consumer banking portfolio
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, risk management frameworks and internal policies
Monitor financial performance including revenue,
costs and profitability metrics against set KPIs
Implement operational efficiency improvements and process optimization across branches
Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, customers and community partners
Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain service standards and customer satisfaction
Identify talent gaps and support recruitment, onboarding and succession planning initiatives
Represent the bank at industry forums and community engagement activities
Requirements
Proven track record in branch management, team leadership and P&L; management
Solid understanding of consumer banking products, services and distribution channels
Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets consistently
