Role & responsibilities
Support the Manager, Category Management and Category Lead in implementing category strategies across Skilled Services, including Law, Finance, Consulting, and HR Services categories.
Prepare category intelligence, market research, supplier benchmarking, and analytical insights to support category strategy development and partner engagement.
Assist sourcing activities by preparing Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), and Requests for Proposal (RFP), conducting bid analyses, and evaluating supplier responses.
Summarize sourcing and supplier relationship management outcomes through comparative analysis of supplier responses, pricing, and evaluations to support decision-making.
Maintain category plans, prospect analyses, supplier relationship management materials, and procurement documentation within the central repository.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, compliance reviews, audit support activities, and enhancements to procurement policies, templates, and training materials.
Support tail spend management,



category refresh reviews, supplier validation checks, and category development initiatives using internal and external data sources.
Demonstrate responsiveness and accountability by managing category requests, providing timely updates, and raising issues when needed to support service delivery standards.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in a relevant field of study and experience in procurement; experience within Pharma or BioPharma preferred.
Working knowledge of category management principles, including sourcing, procurement, planning, supplier interactions, and negotiations.
Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Oracle.
Experience with Source-to-Pay (S2P) platforms such as Oracle, Zycus, GEP, Ariba, or similar platforms preferred.
Experience with ServiceNow and iCertis or similar contract lifecycle management platforms pr
