Responsibilities
Videography
Plan, set up, and execute video shoots (product demos, testimonials, reels, ads, events, interviews).
Handle camera equipment, lighting, audio recording, and framing for high-quality output.
Capture B-roll, behind-the-scenes, and supporting visual assets for campaigns.
Maintain and manage video gear inventory and ensure equipment is in working condition.
Video Editing & Post-Production
Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and paid ads.
Apply color correction, audio syncing, transitions, motion graphics, captions, and basic VFX as needed.
Create multiple versions of videos (different lengths/formats) for various channels and campaigns.
Organize and maintain video libraries, project files, and asset management systems.
Creative & Collaboration
Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, and shot lists aligned with brand guidelines.
Suggest creative approaches to improve engagement (hooks, pacing, trends, formats).




Incorporate feedback from clients/internal stakeholders and deliver revisions quickly.
Track basic performance metrics (views, engagement) to inform future edits and styles.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (must), After Effects, Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
Robust understanding of framing, lighting, composition, and audio for shoots.
Experience editing short-form content (reels, shorts, ads) and long-form (YouTube, explainers).
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Positive communication skills and ability to take direction from creative leads/clients.
Portfolio showing diverse video styles (corporate, social, ads, storytelling).
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
Experience with CapCut, Canva, or other quick-turn tools for social-first content.
Basic motion graphics/animation skills in After Effects.
