We are looking for experienced Senior Java Developers with 6–7 years of hands-on experience in developing scalable and high-performance enterprise applications. The candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
The role requires robust backend development experience along with an understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and modern application development practices. Exposure to React will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Develop and maintain Microservices-based applications.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrations.
Develop event-driven applications using Apache Kafka.
Work extensively with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for application data management.
Develop efficient database queries and optimize application/database performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across development and production environments.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and development standards.
Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
Contribute to technical design, application modernization, and performance optimization.
Follow Agile development practices and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and other ceremonies.
Mandatory Technical Skills
Java & Backend Development
6–7 years of hands-on experience in Java development
Robust knowledge of Core Java
Experience with the latest Java versions; Java 25 preferred
Strong experience in Spring Boot
Robust understanding and hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture
Experience developing REST APIs
Strong understanding of OOP, design principles, and common design patterns
