About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive
HR Manager / Senior Executive
to manage end-to-end HR activities across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong people-management skills, sound knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to work closely with business leaders and employees.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
Coordinate with recruitment vendors, job portals, and other talent sources.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
Manage the complete onboarding process, ensuring a smooth joining experience for current employees.




Coordinate documentation, background verification, induction, and HR orientation.
Ensure timely completion of employee lifecycle processes including transfers, confirmations, promotions, and exits.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and workplace issues.
Support managers in handling employee relations, performance concerns, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and professional workplace culture.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee matters.

HR Operations & Compliance
Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave, timesheets, employee documentation, and HRIS updates.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
Coordinate with payroll and other internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payr
