Working with Insurance Portals and Client Software
Inquiring about the Dental policy perk information as well as outstanding claims
Understanding the additional guidelines which might affect the coverage
Obtaining the benefit information on required template
Eligibility Criteria
Education: High School, Diploma, Under Graduate, Graduate or equivalent
Prior experience in Dental Billing; is preferred
Familiarity with CDT, ADA, HIPAA will be advantageous
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Outstanding written communication skill in English
Top-notch interpersonal skills with a commitment to excellent client service
Capacity to work with sensitive patient information while maintaining confidentiality




Ability to work in US Shift Timings (\\\\\Shift)
Typing Speed 40 WPM or more with minimum 95% accuracy
Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PDF
