What you will do
Own multi-client UK payroll processing; ensure RTI filings and pension compliance.
Implement payroll calendars and controls; monitor exceptions and resolve variances.
Lead client communication; handle change requests and cyclical peaks.
Guide and review a small team; build SOPs and training artefacts.
