About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented TeleSales Executive to join our home loan sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective customers, understanding their loan requirements, generating qualified leads, and coordinating with the sales team for further processing.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers regarding home loans, balance transfers, loan against property, and related financial products.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation, and perks to customers.
Identify customer requirements and assess the basic eligibility of leads.
Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls, databases, digital leads, and referrals.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.




Schedule appointments for the field sales team.
Coordinate with Sales Managers and Loan Processing teams for smooth customer conversion.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM/MIS.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Follow up with customers until the loan application is submitted.
Maintain qualified relationships with customers and provide timely information.
Ensure proper documentation and accurate customer information.

Daily Performance Expectations
80–120 outbound calls per day
Generate qualified home loan leads
Minimum daily follow-up activity
Schedule customer meetings for the sales team
Update CRM/MIS every day
Achieve monthly lead and conversion targets

Required Skills
Good communication skills in English and Kannada; Hindi is an advantage.
