Position Summary





We are seeking a energetic and compassionate Assistant Manager Patient Outreach Acquisition to lead our efforts in identifying, engaging, and onboarding current patients through partnerships, community engagement, digital platforms, and referral channels. This is a mission-critical role focused on ensuring that individuals who need support are aware of and can access our services with ease.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement patient outreach strategies targeting NGOs, schools, colleges, clinics, community centers, and online channels
Identify and onboard current partners including psychologists, hospitals, clinics, and medical practitioners for referral collaborations
Represent Antardhwani in mental health awareness events, webinars, and community health drives
Develop and disseminate outreach materials in print and digital formats to increase visibility of services
Track outreach performance metrics including lead generation, conversions, and engagement
Manage incoming inquiries and ensure seamle
