Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Handle sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal entries and bank reconciliation.
Maintain accounts for machine sales, spare parts, service and workshop operations.
Monitor customer outstanding, dealer receivables and vendor payments.
Prepare MIS reports, P&L;, balance sheet and other financial statements.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and other statutory compliance.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors and OEM/dealership finance teams.
Verify invoices, expenses, credit notes and debit notes.
Monitor inventory accounting and reconciliation of machines, spare parts and consumables.
Support budgeting, cost control and financial analysis.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company accounting policies.
Supervise and guide junior accounting staff.

Required Skills:




Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP / SAP and MS Excel.
Positive understanding of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
Solid accounting and reconciliation skills.
Knowledge of automobile / earthmoving equipment dealership accounting will be preferred.
Good analytical, communication and team-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple activities and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:
B.Com / M.Com
4–7 years of relevant experience in accounting.
Experience in automobile, construction equipment, heavy machinery or dealership environment preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
