* 5+ years of hands-on experience as a SQL Server DBA.

* Proficiency with SQL Server all versions and related tools.

* Solid experience with performance tuning, query optimization, and index management.

* Deep knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Always On, SQL Server Clustering, and Replication.

* Experience managing Azure SQL (IAAS & PAAS) databases.

* Valuable understanding of Azure SAAS integration models for SQL solutions.

* Robust scripting experience with PowerShell for task automation.

* Solid understanding of backup strategies, disaster recovery, and high availability.

* Excellent communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.

* Knowledge of other cloud platforms (OCI, AWS) is a plus.
