Job Description: Data & Analytics Application Support

Databricks, Power BI, and Stakeholder Enablement

Role Summary

Seeking support, development, enhancement, and production readiness of data-driven applications and analytics workflows. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project owners to translate operational needs into reliable Databricks, Power BI, and app-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Communication and Business Support
Partner with business users, planners, analysts, and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable technical tasks.
Facilitate working sessions, capture feedback, document decisions, and communicate progress clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Help validate application behavior with users and support UAT, demos,



and production readiness reviews.
Create explicit documentation, release notes, process guides, and support materials for app users.

Databricks and Data Engineering Support
Build and maintain Databricks notebooks, SQL queries, jobs, and Delta table workflows.
Support Databricks Jobs orchestration, job parameters, job monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Work with Delta tables, Unity Catalog, Lakebase/Postgres, Databricks SQL warehouses, and PySpark-based transformations.
Help design reliable data flows between source tables, app inputs, optimizer jobs, review outputs, and downstream systems.
Support debugging of job failures, permissions issues, table access, and data quality concerns.

Application and Workflow Support
Assist with enhancements to Streamlit or Python-based internal applications.
Support app features such as applications with user input forms, validation logic, review
