We are looking for a Quality Engineer with hands-on experience in quality inspection, testing, moulding processes, and manufacturing quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform incoming, in-process and final inspection of plastic/rubber components.
Conduct dimensional, visual and functional inspection as per drawings and specifications.
Handle quality testing and prepare inspection/test reports.
Identify defects and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
Monitor and improve Injection Moulding / Rubber Moulding processes.
Coordinate with production, tool room and development teams for quality issues.
Handle customer complaints,
rejection analysis and corrective action reports.
Maintain quality records, inspection standards and process documentation.
Must be capable of preparing documents APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, CAPA and related quality activities.

Automotive component industry experience will be preferred.
