As a Game & Level Designer, you will:
Design new game systems, features, mechanics, and content from concept through implementation, as well as engaging levels, missions, and experiences using internal tools.
Define level structure, sequencing,



and difficulty progression to create an engaging player journey.
Balance and maintain the game s economy and monetization systems.
Design, support, analyze, and improve live ops events to increase player engagement and meet business goals.
Analyze game metrics, KPIs, market trends, playtest results, team input, and community feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Data Analysts to define requirements, shape roadmaps, evaluate performance, and improve key game KPIs.
Create and maintain transparent design documentation, including briefs, flowcharts, feature specifications, level layouts, and UI/UX mockups.
Participate in key production reviews, design reviews, and development milestones.
Contribute creative ideas and design leadership within an agile, multidisciplinary team.
Continuously research industry trends, best practices, and emerging game and level design techniques and
