Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire top talent for the organization. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring activities, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting business hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and job specifications.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, and recruitment agencies.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Create and post job advertisements on various recruitment channels.

Candidate Assessment & Selection
Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, experience,



and cultural fit.
Administer assessments, background checks, and reference verifications as required.
Facilitate offer negotiations and candidate communication.

Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers.
Provide regular hiring updates and recruitment metrics.
Advise stakeholders on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment strategies.

Employer Branding
Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and networking events.
Promote the organization through social media and skilled networks.

Recruitment Operations & Compliance
Maintain candidate records and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and employment regulations.
