Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
TeleSales of Gemstones, Rashi Ratan, Online Pooja etc.
Build a robust relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer problems and suggesting the right product to the Customers.
Provide consultation & counselling to customer.
Convince the customer & drive the sales.
Handle both inbound/outbound calls.
Update Call Logs.

Qualifications
Robust verbal communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain services clearly and respectfully over the phone.
Proven aptitude for sales, tele-calling, or customer service, including handling objections and closing calls effectively.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools or call-tracking systems to manage leads and client information.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy in documentation and reporting.
Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer support in service-based industries is preferred.




Comfort in working with astrology-related services and willingness to learn essential concepts to communicate with clients confidently.
Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage.
Professional, inclusive attitude with the ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Fixed Salary Rs 20,000 to Rs 24,000 per month + Sales Incentive upto Rs 50000 per month
