The role combines cultural insight, analytical thinking, and user understanding to help design and scale offerings around India s religious and astrological ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of the Hindi calendar and astrology, with a keen interest in user behavior, engagement patterns, and business growth levers.

As the Associate Category Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how millions of users experience rituals, festivals, and astrology in a meaningful, tech-enabled way. Your work will directly influence user engagement, trust, and emotional connection with our platform

Key Responsibilities




Category ownership for the Puja Calendar, ensuring accuracy of festivals, tithis, muhurats, and other cultural events.
Conduct user and market research to identify engagement prospects linked to astrology and calendar-driven themes and collaborate with the Marketing team on implementation.
Work closely with the Category Leaders to plan and execute calendar-based campaigns and initiatives.
Collaborate with Product, Content, and Design teams to integrate key features or content based on festival and astrology insights.
Analyze data on user engagement, retention, and feature performance to suggest improvements.
Coordinate with internal and external experts (astrologers, cultural consultants) to ensure authenticity and alignment.
Monitor industry and cultural trends to inform category strategies.
