Urban Acres is looking for an experienced and results-driven Social Media Expert to lead the growth and day-to-day management of our digital presence.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across major social media platforms, a sharp understanding of digital trends, and the ability to turn editorial and industry content into engaging, high-performing digital communication.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Urban Acres' brand and business objectives.
Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X, and other relevant platforms.
Create and manage monthly content calendars and publishing schedules.
Convert editorial stories, interviews, videos, industry insights, and events into engaging social media content.
Write compelling captions, headlines, hooks, posts, and campaign copy.
Coordinate closely with the Editorial, Design, Video, PR, and Business Development teams.
Monitor platform performance, audience behaviour, engagement, reach, and follower growth.
Identify trending formats, topics,



conversations, and opportunities relevant to the built workplace and media industry.
Develop and execute organic and paid social media campaigns.
Manage community engagement, comments, messages, and online brand communication.
Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Continuously experiment with new content formats and strategies to improve reach and engagement.

Required Skills & Experience
2–5 years of hands-on experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing.
Robust practical knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and X.
Excellent understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, content distribution, and audience growth.
Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to communicate ideas, strategies, reports, and campaign requirements clearly and professionally in English.
