· Make outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries for promoting company services.

· Generate qualified leads and identify potential customers as per target market.

· Explain service features clearly and professionally to customers.

· Follow approved call scripts and communication guidelines provided by the company.

· Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.

· Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to convert them into sales.

· Update all call details, lead status, and remarks accurately in CRM system.

· Achieve monthly/weekly sales and calling targets assigned by management.

· Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to senior team or concerned department.

· Maintain discipline in call quality, tone, and skilled behaviour during all interactions.

· Ensure data confidentiality of customers and company information.

· Coordinate with sales/operations team for smooth conversion and onboarding of clients.

· Submit daily/weekly performance reports as required by management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
