What would you do?
The Learning Admin - Senior Analyst is responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative and operational aspects of learning and development initiatives. This role ensures effective coordination of training logistics, optimal utilization of learning resources, and smooth functioning of Learning Management Systems (LMS). The role also provides day-to-day leadership to learning administration teams and acts as an escalation point for operational issues while ensuring adherence to defined processes and service level agreements.
What are we looking for?
"- Relevant years of experience in learning administration, learning operations, or scheduling roles
Prior experience in supervising or mentoring team members
Exposure to global learning operations or shared services environment preferred
Exposure to LMS platforms SuccessFactors & ClearXP is mandatory.
Exposure of working with Australian client in airline sector."
Bachelor-s degree in any discipline (B.A / B.Com / B.Sc / B.Tech or equivalent)
