We are hiring an experienced Showroom Manager to manage daily jewellery showroom operations, achieve sales targets, control inventory, and lead the showroom team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily showroom operations and staff.
Achieve sales targets and monitor team performance.
Manage jewellery stock, inventory, and stock requirements.
Coordinate with Head Office for stock purchases and deliveries.
Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily closing.
Maintain showroom display, discipline, and customer service.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
Prepare daily and monthly sales and stock reports.
Requirements
Jewellery showroom experience is mandatory.
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Showroom/Store Manager.
Solid sales, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
Languages: Telugu, Hindi, and English.
