Partner Success Manager
, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing and nurturing relationships with key channel partners. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales of the organization’s solutions and products through the channel ecosystem, ensuring that offerings reach end customers efficiently.

This position requires a strategic approach to partner management, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional value to partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Partner Management
Develop and maintain solid relationships with key channel partners to drive business growth.
Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, addressing their requirements and supporting their business success.
Strengthen existing partner relationships while identifying opportunities to expand the partner ecosystem.

Sales and Revenue Generation




Drive sales across the entire portfolio of solutions and products through channel partners.
Develop strategies and initiatives to achieve sales targets across multiple product categories within the assigned region.
Identify recent business prospects, customers, and sales channels while strengthening relationships with existing partners.

Product Management and Sales Coordination
Collaborate with product executives and internal teams to ensure a balanced and profitable product mix for channel partners.
Work closely with logistics teams and channel partners to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers.
Manage and promote enterprise servers, storage solutions, software products, and related technology solutions through the channel sales model.

Target Achievement
Take ownership of achieving sales targets for each assigned product category.
Ensure revenue goals are met within the designated territory.
