What would you do?
The Compensation & Benefits New Associate supports the delivery of HR services related to payroll, employee benefits, and compensation processes within a shared services/contact center setting. The role involves handling employee queries, executing transactions, and ensuring accurate and compliant processing of compensation and perks activities, while delivering a consistent employee experience.

What are we looking for?
Relevant years of experience into HR Operations or Shared Services experience
Exposure to Compensation & Benefits or employee data management processes is an advantage"
Bachelor-s degree (B.A / B.Com / B.Sc / B.Tech or equivalent).
"Must be open to Australian shift timings:
(9 am to 5 pm) Australian time"
Basic understanding of Compensation & Benefits processes (payroll, benefits administration)




Knowledge of Australia payroll regulations, taxation, and superannuation basics
Familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems (SAP, Workday, ADP, SuccessFactors - preferred)
Experience or understanding of contact center operations and SLA-driven delivery
Solid attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial and employee data
Good communication skills with ability to handle employee queries professionally and empathetically
Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive transactions efficiently
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of data privacy requirements for sensitive compensation information
Adaptability to fast-paced, process-driven environments
