Key Responsibilities:
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of Plastic injection moulds.
Knowledge of Hot Runner moulds.
Assembly of Hot Runner Moulds
Handle mould fitting, assembly / disassembly
Identify and resolve mould-related issues.
Maintain tool history and ensure mould readiness at all times.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5 years in plastic injection mould maintenance.
Must have knowledge of handling hot runner moulds.
Qualification: Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Tool & Die Making or Mechanical Engineering.
Should be able to work independently with solid problem-solving skills.
Must have knowledge of Manifold, Assembly , Dis- Assembly
Work will be in Day shift only for 10 Hours
