Experience:Minimum 8 years
Qualification: CA Inter / CA
CTC: Up to 12 LPA
Industry Preference: Real Estate experience will be an added advantage
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant Finance & Compliance who can independently manage accounting and financial functions across group companies, ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, handle financial transactions and inter-company accounting, and lead a team of accounting specialists.
The ideal candidate should have a solid and thorough understanding of accounting and finance disciplines, along with practical experience in finalisation of accounts, ROC compliance, group-company transactions, shareholding matters and financial/legal documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Management
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for multiple group companies.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
Review accounting entries, ledgers,
reconciliations and financial records.
Supervise preparation and finalisation of books of accounts.
Prepare and review Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements and supporting schedules.
Ensure proper accounting treatment of complex financial transactions.
Monitor receivables, payables, advances, loans and other financial balances.
Conduct regular bank, ledger and balance-sheet reconciliations.
Ensure proper documentation and audit trails for all major financial transactions.
Group Company & Inter-Company Transactions
Handle accounting and reconciliation of inter-company transactions.
Monitor inter-company loans, advances, payments, expenses and other transactions.
Ensure proper accounting and documentation of transactions between group entities.
Reconcile balances between group companies and resolve discrepancies.
