HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, attendance, employee engagement, and basic administration. The ideal candidate should be valuable at communication, follow-ups, coordination, and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Post job openings on recruitment portals and social media platforms.
Source candidates through recruitment portals, employee references, WhatsApp groups, and other relevant channels.
Screen resumes and applications based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic screening and initial interviews.
Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate with reporting managers for further interviews.
Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Follow up with selected candidates from offer stage until joining.
Track recruitment status and provide daily updates.
Prepare and issue offer letters.




Employee Onboarding & Documentation
Collect and verify employee documents during the joining process.
Create and maintain individual employee files and HR records.
Complete joining formalities and ensure all required documentation is available.
Conduct employee induction and orientation.
Explain company policies, attendance rules, leave policies, office timings, incentives, and other HR-related processes.
Attendance & HR Operations
Monitor daily employee attendance and punctuality.
Maintain attendance records and submit reports as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies related to:
Office timings
Attendance
Leave
Workplace discipline
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Employee Engagement & Work Culture
Organize employee engagement activities and celebrations.
Coordinate birthday celebrations and employee recognition programs.
