The Team Member Database - L2 will be responsible for managing multiple Oracle, MS SQL and MySQL databases.

Attending MACD tickets
Updating Customers/internal stakeholders
Routine Checklist
Inventory update
Follow & commit with Yotta's Policy statements (eg. QMS/EMS/OHS/ISMS/PIMS/ITSM / BCMS / EnMS etc.)
Undertake applicable training as communicated from time to time.
Understand the organization's expectations towards all management systems the company is certified for.
Participation in Risk assessment process, contribute in achieving departmental & management system objectives.
Adhere to confidentiality policy to safeguard sensitive company information, maintain trust with clients and partners, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Perform their duties in the event of emergency as per roles in ERP/BCMS plan.
Assist in maintaining PIMS controls throughout personal data lifecycle.
Must Have Skill
Positive knowledge of Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL databases
Experience of Transactional SQL
Experience in database High Availability features like Cluster, mirroring and log shipping.
Experience in database replication.
Experience in database backup and recovery
Positive to Have Skill
Excellent communication (written and verbal), database management, lessoning with teams and units, teamwork and delegation
Understanding of network and Storage technologies
Knowledge of Windows/Linux OS Awareness on Environmental, Health and Safety, Energy, Information Security, Quality, Service Management, Business continuity and other management systems of the organization
