We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our organization's desktop computers, applications, and related technology.
Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals
Provide technical support for software applications and operating systems
Assist in maintaining LAN/WAN networks, servers, and related components
Respond to IT support requests and inquiries from users promptly
Set up current user accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
Conduct regular system updates and perform system backups
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of all systems
Requirements
Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS environments
Solid knowledge of computer hardware components and mobile devices
Experience in providing technical support and excellent customer service
Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently
Familiarity with DNS, Jira, and other relevant IT tools
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
