Key Responsibilities:
Provide application support for web-based applications hosted on Windows Server & IIS
Monitor application health and troubleshoot issues
Investigate and resolve production incidents, including performance and functional issues
Analyze IIS logs, Windows Event Viewer logs, and application logs for root cause analysis
Support and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases (valuable knowledge of SQL queries and troubleshooting, data validation, and issue resolution)
Manage IIS configurations (application pools, websites, bindings, SSL certificates)
Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for bug fixes and deployments

Technical Skills Required
Hands-on experience with Windows Server and roles (basic to intermediate level)
Positive knowledge of IIS Web Server (hosting, troubleshooting,



configuration)
Working experience with Microsoft SQL Server queries
Experience in supporting Dot NET-based web applications (preferred)
Experience or knowledge in .NET-based web applications development
Understanding of web technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, APIs, DNS)
Familiarity with incident management tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.)
