Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverages according to quality standards.
Demonstrate positive knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, espresso, and milk-based beverages.
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment properly.
Take customer orders accurately and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee preparation and service areas.

Requirements:
Previous barista or café experience is preferred.
Valuable knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques.
Robust communication and customer-service skills.
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced workplace.
Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to learn new coffee techniques and beverage recipes.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of different coffee beans and flavor profiles.
Experience with espresso machines and latte art.
Ability to explain coffee options clearly to customers.
