Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve Plex ERP helpdesk tickets within defined SLAs.
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support to business users.
Troubleshoot issues related to Plex ERP modules, workflows, reports, and integrations.
Analyze and resolve data, configuration, and process-related issues.
Support custom code changes, enhancements, and bug fixes in the Plex setting.
Work closely with business users to understand and address application issues.
Perform testing and validation of system changes before deployment.
Document issues, resolutions, and knowledge articles.
Coordinate with development teams and vendors for complex issue resolution.

Required Skills
Experience supporting Plex ERP / Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform.
Hands-on experience in application support and ticket management.
Understanding of ERP processes such as Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, Quality, and Supply Chain.
Knowledge of SQL for troubleshooting and data analysis.
Experience with customizations, reports, integrations, and code updates in Plex.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
