We are looking for a skilled and responsible Wirecut Programmer cum Operator to operate and program Wire EDM machines for accurate cutting of dies, moulds, punches, inserts, and other precision components. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of machine operation, programming, drawing reading, and basic troubleshooting. The person will be responsible for completing jobs as per drawings, dimensions, quality requirements, and production schedules.
Required Skills & Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Tool & Die Making, or a related technical qualification preferred.
Practical experience in Wire EDM/Wirecut machine operation and programming.
Basic knowledge of CNC/Wirecut programming and machine controls.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T;/tolerances.
Valuable knowledge of precision measurement instruments.
Ability to troubleshoot basic machine and machining problems.
Valuable attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
