R&D; Executive Pet Care

Role Overview

We are looking for an R&D; Skilled with hands-on experience in pet food formulation and product development, with a strong understanding of pet nutrition, ingredients, and formulation principles to join our Pet Care division.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, optimize, and validate formulations for dog and cat food products.
Conduct product development, testing, sensory evaluation, and performance assessment.
Select and evaluate raw materials and ingredients based on nutritional and functional requirements.
Support product trials, stability studies, and quality evaluation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Marketing for product scale-up and commercialization.
Troubleshoot formulation and process-related challenges during product development and scale-up.
Maintain formulation, trial,



and product development documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in dog and cat food formulation and product development.
Good understanding of pet nutrition, ingredients, formulation principles, and processing.
Experience in product trials, testing, evaluation, and scale-up will be preferred.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
