To ensure consistent product and process quality across PCB/PCBA manufacturing operations by monitoring manufacturing processes, identifying and eliminating defects, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements, IPC standards, SOPs and internal quality systems.
The role will work closely with Production, Process Engineering, NPI, Maintenance, Stores and Purchase teams to improve process capability, reduce defects, improve First Pass Yield (FPY), and maintain secure manufacturing processes.

Experience with SMT lines, SPI/AOI, reflow, soldering defects, PFMEA, Control Plans, 8D and IPC standards will be strongly preferred.
