Role Description
The Process Specialist Record To Report will oversee end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in line with company policies and compliance standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing general ledger entries, performing account reconciliations, supporting month-end and year-end closing processes, and analyzing variances to maintain data integrity. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing reports for internal stakeholders,



and supporting process improvements and standardization efforts. This is a full time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South.

Qualifications
Solid understanding of Record to Report processes, including general ledger accounting, account reconciliation, and financial closing activities.
Ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and provide explicit, accurate reporting and documentation.
Proficiency with ERP or accounting systems and standard office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets and reporting software).
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with finance, operations, and other internal teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; qualified certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) are an advantage.
