Job Summary

Position: Accounts Executive (Jewellery manufacturers in the world).

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (or equivalent).

Work Details: Shift: General Shift

Working Days: 6 days per week (Sunday Week Off)
Job Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledger postings, and reconciliation.
Handle Forex currency conversions from INR to AED and maintain accurate exchange records.
Prepare and maintain provision entries for expenses and prepaid expense schedules.
Ensure accurate VAT calculation and filing as per UAE regulations.
Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Support audit preparations and provide necessary documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when required.
Required Skills / Competencies




Robust knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Experience in journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation.
Hands-on experience in forex transactions (INR AED).
Valuable understanding of provision and prepaid expenses.
Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred).
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
