Job Summary:
We are looking for a caring, energetic, and responsible Class 1 Mother Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning setting for young learners. The teacher will be responsible for academic instruction, classroom management, student development, and maintaining effective communication with parents.

Key Responsibilities:
Teach and manage Class 1 students following the prescribed curriculum.
Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate lessons and classroom activities.
Develop students' foundational skills in English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, and general awareness.
Maintain a positive, disciplined, and child-friendly classroom setting.
Monitor students' academic, emotional, social, and behavioural development.
Provide individual attention and additional support to students when required.
Maintain attendance, academic records, notebooks, assessments, and other classroom documentation.




Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress and areas for improvement.
Organize classroom activities, celebrations, competitions, and educational events.
Encourage positive manners, hygiene, communication skills, confidence, and independence.
Work collaboratively with other teachers and school management.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.

Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Education/any relevant discipline; B.Ed/D.El.Ed preferred.
Previous experience teaching Primary/Grade 1 students preferred.
Strong communication and classroom-management skills.
Patient, nurturing, creative, and enthusiastic personality.
Ability to connect with young children and make learning enjoyable.
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to use digital teaching resources.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month
